I drove around town around 9am today to check out how the roads were for our MuncieJournal.com viewers, and to take some photographs of the snow. I found that most roads I drove on had been plowed, which was a surprise. By around 10:30am the wind was whipping the snow around quite a bit and the roads were beginning to get pretty snow covered again. Ball State was desolate, as was downtown.
