Muncie, IN–Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired?
The YMCA of Muncie invites YOU to participate in a free six-week STRONG challenge designed to help transform spirit, mind and body. “Now, more than ever, our community needs to heal, recharge and refocus.” Says YMCA of Muncie CEO, Chad Zaucha. “The pandemic has worn us down and isolated us in many ways. This challenge provides an opportunity to holistically reclaim your health by becoming strong in spirit, mind and body by yourself or as a family unit.”
Opt-in to the free challenge by visiting www.muncieymca.org, follow the prompts to sign-up and you will receive three text messages a week filled with motivation, challenges, workouts and more.
Everyone in the community is invited to join in by working out at home, at the Y, or virtually. The Y strives to meet you wherever you are. The weekly schedule of activities is available online or at any membership branch. Visit the website www.muncieymca.org or Facebook @YMCAofMuncie and learn more about the STRONG challenge.
“It’s a perfect time to focus on whole person health, reenergize and become stronger,” added Zaucha.
