Muncie, IN–More than 40 bands will perform on 11 stages at the 10th annual Muncie MusicFest on Friday, September 30th. This free event includes six all-ages stages and will be hosted at seven locations across Muncie, IN.
From 5pm to 10pm, Muncie MusicFest will pack three floors of the historic Cornerstone Center for the Arts with a diverse array of local and regional bands on five all-ages stages. Starting at 9pm, 20 additional bands will play at six more festival locations throughout Muncie. The best part? All of the concerts at all participating locations will be absolutely free to attend, presented as a gift to the community by the supporters of Muncie MusicFest.
Whether you prefer rock, pop, folk, hip-hop, indie, electronic, heavy metal, Americana, or blues, you’ll find it at Muncie MusicFest, along with hours of opportunities to explore, discover, and find new favorites among the dozens of bands who will be performing. Cash bars will be available at Cornerstone to patrons 21 and older, and food trucks will be on site to help fuel the party until 10pm. Afterward, Village Green Records, The Acoustic Room, Big Shots Ballroom, Valhalla Venue, The Fickle Peach, and The Mark III Tap Room will keep the festival going with their own free concerts.
