MUNCIE, IN—Meridian Health Pediatrics and Prime-Time Urgent Care will host an open house on Wednesday, February 12 from 10 a.m. to noon at Meridian Health Pediatrics and Prime-Time Urgent Care located at 205 N. Tillotson Avenue in Muncie. The community is invited to tour the newly remodeled building, meet providers, and learn more about the services provided by Meridian’s dedicated pediatric healthcare team.
The Greater Muncie Chamber of Commerce will conduct a ribbon cutting at the open house at 10:30 a.m. Light refreshments and appetizers will be served.
The open house celebration comes after an extensive three-phase remodel that began in 2023 and completed December 2024. The iconic building that has seen thousands of children in the Muncie area and beyond, now has a fresh and updated appearance after more than 30 years. The remodel improves patient experience and care with larger exam rooms and an improved layout of the entire building making it easier to navigate. Patients will also see reduced wait times for Prime-Time urgent care with the addition of more exam rooms. Additionally, the renovations include space to host specialty services expanding the broad spectrum of care housed within the building.
Meridian Health Pediatrics and Prime-Time Urgent Care offers a true medical home for children and families where all treatments and medications are coordinated seamlessly by doctors, nurses, therapists, and counselors. The pediatric team works together to provide:
- Well-baby/child check-ups and physicals
- Prime-Time Urgent Care
- Care for minor injuries
- Illness visits – allergies, asthma, strep throat, ear infections
- Behavioral care
- Prescriptions with on-site pharmacy
