MUNCIE, Ind. – Meridian Health Services’ Fam Fest will return on Thursday, July 14 with a back to school theme promoting health, wellness, family fun, safety and community resources. The event will be held from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Southside Middle School, home of Meridian’s School-Based Health Clinic, located at 1601 E. 26th St. Muncie, IN 47302.
Fam Fest is a FREE family festival for all ages featuring:
FREE:
- Health screenings, school physicals and vaccinations
- Food and drinks (while supplies last)
- Community vendors
- Games, activities, and prizes
- Entertainment and more family fun!
Fam Fest attendees can also enjoy Safety Town, a miniature simulation of Muncie focusing on teaching children how to be safe citizens. Children can cruise through Safety Town on tricycles while learning more about community, traffic and Internet safety, as well as abstaining from drugs. Safety Town is made possible by the American Electric Power Foundation.
