Muncie, IN—A familiar building located just south of downtown Muncie located at 905 S Walnut St. has a new owner—Future Choices Inc., a local non-profit.
The property transfer was the result of a donation from the former Mayor of Muncie, Dan Canan and his wife Barb.
The donation was in memory of James & Kay Canan who were responsible for many years of business conducted at that location.
Assisting in the property transfer were Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Group, Brian Allardt, and Monte Brown representing the Canan Family and FC Tucker’s, Ed Conatser representing Future Choices Inc.
