Ontario Systems, a leading accounts receivable management (ARM) and healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) technology and services provider, announced today it has reorganized part of its corporate operations to emphasize innovation and new product development to meet the changing needs of the markets and customers the company serves.
Effective immediately, Casey Stanley will expand his responsibilities to include product management – helping manage overall product strategy for the organization. He continues to oversee the company’s marketing communications functions.
“It is a privilege to serve Ontario Systems in this new role,” says Stanley, who is now Vice President, Product Management and Marketing. “The organization is making a strong, tangible commitment to our customers, reinforcing that our top priority is to make sure that the company as a whole is building, shipping and supporting the right products – products that meet their most important needs. Our customers in the ARM and RCM markets will see big benefits in 2017 and beyond, but the time to get started is now. I’m very excited about what’s in store.”
The major focus of the reorganization is the Ontario Cloud™ solutions, which will allow OS to deliver technology innovations to customers more quickly and better share features across the company’s core platforms, the FACS®, Artiva RM™, Artiva HC™, Contact Savvy™ and Guaranteed Contacts™ solutions.
Additional moves announced in the reorganization include focusing Chris Cochran and Amy Kennedy, both Senior Directors in the Product Management organization, full time on the Ontario Cloud™ solutions.
“Chris and Amy are Ontario Systems veterans and bring substantial industry experience – we’re lucky to have them driving our cloud solutions strategy,” says Stanley. “A 2016 product investment plan that balances our customers’ immediate needs with that of an Ontario Cloud™ solutions investment for 2017 and beyond positions our customers excellently to more easily and quickly adopt our innovations, whether they are using our FACS, Artiva RM, or Artiva HC solution.”
“As we lean into our innovation strategy and push toward our vision for the Ontario Cloud solutions, it is imperative we have focus, autonomy and equality in the voice of Product at the executive team level,” says Michael Wolfe, Chief Technology Officer. “It is with confidence that we have transitioned this responsibility to Casey Stanley. His marketing background and past experience in the industries we serve and with our products create a great backdrop for his success in this role. We will work closely going forward to ensure our delivery continues at an accelerated rate and that our customers enjoy an era of increased innovation to market as we start to execute our vision for the Ontario Cloud solutions.”
Stanley agrees. “I am joining a very talented group of product management professionals who are already doing great work. Working closely with Michael’s development team, as well as other functions, I will be able to leverage my seat at the leadership table to help bring the Ontario Cloud solutions, as well as continued investment in our existing platforms, to the markets we serve.”
The company announced the Ontario Cloud initiative late in 2014 and plans for major new features in 2016. The first is Collection Restrictions, a cloud-based feature set that provides a centralized location for compliance officers, managers and administrators to apply restrictions within their collection platforms.
