Even though they operate from Muncie, with their popular online store, Heidi J Hale Designs is a global operation. As of this writing, the Heidi J Hale Facebook page has amassed 668,889 followers and fans worldwide. That’s almost 10x the population of Muncie. Hale says,”People don’t realize the volume we produce. And the size we are. And we do it all from Muncie, IN.”
Hale shared a story about one of her customers who discovered the downtown Muncie location. “A few years ago one of our out-of-town customers ordered something from our online store and just loved it,” she said. “Her daughter happened to be attending Ball State and while visiting her daughter and walking downtown, she spotted the Heidi J Hale sign outside our downtown shop. She had no idea the company was in Muncie and was so thrilled to be able to walk into the shop and see all of our one-of-a-kind pieces and the production area, too.

Namedala® Collection
The Namedala® Collection is one of Heidi J Hale Designs newest offerings. Through the use of computer-aided design, customers may add a number of names to be included into an original Namedala piece and the artists at Heidi J Hale will craft a highly personalized, one-of-kind necklace, chain bracelet, tassle necklace, ring or other jewelry with your provided names. They take your name(s) and weave it into a design that is completely unique to you. Namedala pieces are one of their most popular products right now, currently selling over 2,000 individual pieces a month.

Heidi J Hale designs is so much of a global force in the jewelry business that Hollywood has now taken note of the company!
In last month’s Netflix release of the movie, The Highwaymen, a Heidi J Hale designed “Sheriff’s badge” is seen in the movie. The prop company contacted Heidi J Hale Designs to create the piece. Heidi’s father, Jeff Johnson, who also works for Heidi J Hale Designs, crafted the piece for the movie.
“The Highwaymen” movie, now playing on Netflix, utilized a Heidi J Hale design for the badge you see Woody Harrelson holding in this photo. This scene is 1:42 into the movie.
