Ontario Systems, a leading receivables and revenue cycle management technology and services provider, announced it has achieved a Five-Star AchieveWELL rating for worksite wellness from the Wellness Council of Indiana. The company was awarded a three-star rating last year and has since worked to advance its programs and culture, aimed at creating and encouraging worksite wellness. Eight companies were recognized during the Indiana Health and Wellness Summit on October 8.
“The Wellness Council of Indiana’s nationally-renowned AchieveWELL analysis and evaluation process is based on evidence-based best practices,” says Chuck Gillespie, Executive Director of the Wellness Council of Indiana. “There have only been about 125 workplaces recognized as AchieveWELL companies across the state in the last five years. Of those, only 15 companies have successfully achieved and maintained their Five-Star rating. Ontario Systems provides the type of wellbeing atmosphere that helps them attract and retain the best talent.”
Companies achieving the Council’s Five-Star rating are recognized as elite organizations that have made employee well-being a priority in the workplace. These operations have experienced noteworthy growth in the evolution of their wellness initiative and embrace it as part of the business strategy.
“Receiving this recognition for our wellness effort is directly attributable to our wellness team’s and our associates’ commitment and focus – our people ultimately produce the culture and healthy outcomes that matter most,” says Jill Lehman, Ontario Systems Chief People Officer. “We congratulate our peers in this category and are proud to be one of many health-focused employers across Indiana receiving this recognition. Our hope is to inspire others to join the movement to make a difference in the health of our employees, our communities and our state.”
