Muncie, Indiana– PrimeTrust Federal Credit Union has announced the 8thannual Soup Crawl, slated for Thursday, October 4 from 5:00 to 8:00p.m. at sites throughout downtown Muncie.
Soup Crawl features nearly 30 soup and beverage entries for attendees to enjoy while strolling through downtown. Tickets are $20 and limited to a quantity of 500 to ensure that every attendee is able to sample as many soups as possible. Tickets are available while supplies last at all three Muncie-area PrimeTrust FCU locations: 3700 W. Bethel Avenue, 3230 S. Madison Street and 4018 N. Broadway.
Participants are mostly local restaurants and caterers but also include local not-for-profit organizations, all competing for People’s Choice and other awards during the evening of the event.
Soup Crawl proceeds go directly to the school food pantry program of Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana. Over the previous 7 years, more than $47,000 has been raised through this event.
If tickets are still available on the event date, they can be purchased at the Second Harvest tent at the corner of Walnut and Charles Streets.
