MUNCIE, IN Boyce, a leading provider of cloud-based financial solutions, announced today that more than 150 Indiana public school systems have implemented its Boyce Cloud software. This marks a significant step in enhancing financial management within educational institutions through innovative technology.

This year alone, two of Indiana’s top 20 largest school districts are in the process of implementing Boyce Cloud, underscoring its commitment to top-tier educational finance optimization. Boyce expects both customers to convert to the cloud-based ERP software by the end of the year.

“Our commitment to our customers in educational finance continues as we celebrate 150 school systems adopting Boyce Cloud,” said Casey Stanley, president of Boyce. “We are not stopping here, though. Later this year, we will introduce major new features to our cloud-based software to further boost operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and improve the working environment for school staff.”

Recent Achievements Include:

  • Strategic Onboarding: Over 30 school systems transitioned to Boyce’s cloud solutions in 2023. The company expects to onboard at least as many as last year in 2024, including three of Indiana’s top 40 public school systems, all new to Boyce Cloud.
  • Market Leadership: Boyce has achieved a 65% market share of public school systems in Indiana with their software, Boyce Cloud and Komputrol. Of that market share, 165 schools have transitioned from Komputrol to Boyce Cloud to help them streamline financial operations like accounting, payroll, and personnel management.
  • Local Expertise: Boyce’s products are customized to meet the specific needs of Indiana schools and the State Board of Accounts requirements, significantly boosting operational effectiveness.

“Boyce Cloud enhances key functions such as fund accounting, payroll management, HR, and more,” said Jay Moorman, chief customer officer of Boyce. “We are extremely proud of our team and thankful for our clients, whose trust and collaboration have been key to our success.”

As it continues to innovate and expand, Boyce remains committed to empowering Indiana educational finance professionals with state-of-the-art technology. New products will be announced at the IASBO 2024 Annual Conference and Expo hosted in French Lick from May 8 to 10, 2024. Later this year, Boyce will host its second annual conference, Boyce Amplify [LIVE], from October 1 to 2, 2024, in Indianapolis and share their roadmap of innovative features.
