MUNCIE, IN—We are celebrating 22 years of FIRST THURSDAY in Muncie. At Cornerstone Center for the Arts, we have a Muncie artwork donation exhibit, which is now 20% off. Many pieces of this generous donation were originally purchased from Gordy’s Fine Arts and Framing, and there are over 40 pieces. They include ceramics, sculpture, fiber art, prints, paintings, and drawings. If you’re a patron of Muncie arts don’t miss this incredible installation, or your opportunity to purchase some amazing art. All proceeds go to Cornerstone Center for the Arts and can be viewed in Cornerstone’s Judith Barnes Memorial Gallery. The event is being coordinated by Artist in Residence Debra Gindhart.

Artists who created the art in the donation exhibit include: Carol Strockwasson, Beth Whitney Wantz, Bob Hartley, Kent Prouty, ArtWorx Farmland Pottery, Maria Frances Fleming, Julie Clark, Carol Burt, John Peterson, Ned Griner, Bethel Pike Pottery, Toren Scott, and Brian Gordy.

Community artists participating this December include Val Kelley, Mikell Vawter, Angel Gillette, Liliana Osborne, Tom Stader, Jill Palumbo, Jennifer Morris, Ashley Lambert, Stefan McKell, and Kristin Ramsey.
