Muncie, IN— The Greater Muncie Chamber of Commerce will honor its members for their impact on our community at their Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 26 at 5:30 p.m. at the Horizon Convention Center. Each year, the Chamber presents five prestigious awards at the Annual Dinner.
The Chamber is asking for help from the community and its members in the nomination process for four of the awards. The awards have been updated this year to keep on track with the direction and growth of the community.
The awards include:
Spirit of Small Business Award
The Spirit of Small Business Award is presented to an individual(s) who own and/or operate a small business in the greater Muncie area.
Community Impact Award
The Community Impact Award is presented to an individual, organization, or company that has made significant contributions to the well-being and/or quality of life in the greater Muncie area.
Economic Impact Award
The Economic Impact Award is presented to an individual, organization, or company that has made significant contributions to the economic well-being of the greater Muncie area.
Young Professional of the Year Award
The Young Professional of the Year Award is presented to an individual under the age of 35 who has made significant contributions to the well-being of the greater Muncie area.
Nominations can be made at munciechamber.org and are accepted until September 8.
