DELAWARE COUNTY, IN—Jocelyn Roberson was named the 2023 Delaware County Fair Queen during ceremonies held over the weekend. Congratulations to Jocelyn and 1st Runner Up Maddie Tyler, 2nd Runner Up and Miss Congeniality Sarah Holdcroft.
