Muncie, IN – Community members have the opportunity to receive no-cost COVID-19 test kits, as well as no-cost Covid vaccination this week at Open Door Health Services.
Free at-home test kits will be distributed Wednesday, July 27 and Thursday, July 28 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at Open Door’s administrative site, located at 220 S. Walnut St. in Muncie. The public is invited to pick up a supply for homes, workplaces, or civic organizations.
Free Covid vaccinations, including boosters, are available Thursday, July 28 from 2-5 p.m. at Open Door’s downtown Muncie health center, located at 333 S. Madison St. No appointment is necessary, and all community members ages 6 months or older are eligible. Insurance information may be collected when applicable, but individuals receiving a COVID-19 vaccine will not receive a bill.
This pop-up vaccine clinic will take place on the fourth Thursday of the month through the end of the year.
