2022 12 09 – Funders Forum Collaborative Awards $66K to Support Housing in Delaware County – Media Size

Cammie is a first-generation homeowner. She came to Pathstone in the spring of 2019 in the hopes of getting assistance for a home. She worked diligently on her credit score and savings. She was approved in July of 2021 for the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority Individual Development Account Program (IDA). Cammie continued with Pathstone’s Money Management and Home Buyer Education classes and in February of 2022 was able to move into her home. A 2022 grant from the Funders Forum Collaborative will help people in our community reach homeownership, just like Cammie. Photo provided
