Muncie, IN – Comcast has opened a 2,300-square-foot Xfinity® retail store in Muncie.
Located at 244 W McGalliard Rd. at The Muncie Shoppes, the new Xfinity store is designed entirely around the needs of customers, providing a comprehensive, in-person store experience.
The retail store features contemporary hands-on displays and comfortable seating areas where customers can interact with all Xfinity products from internet, video and connected home solutions to Xfinity Mobile. Visitors can learn from trained technology specialists how to get more value from these products.
While the store is new and features a retail environment, customers can still pay their Comcast bills, return their older equipment, and get questions answered about any technical issues they may have.
“We offer a lot of products and services, and these stores give our customers a place to try out the latest and greatest technology available today,” explained Jeff Marston, Comcast’s vice president of Business Services in Indiana. “This new store also gives us a chance to enhance the customer experience through face-to-face interaction and top-notch service from employees who will answer any questions or provide detailed service walk-throughs.”
The new store is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
The Comcast service center previously located at 2800 W 26th St, in Muncie has closed.
