Muncie, IN – The East Central Indiana Regional Partnership (ECIRP) will be hosting a series of webinars to provide information to regional stakeholders on its new talent attraction initiative Forge Your Path.
The first two webinars are scheduled for October 14 for HR professionals and employment recruiters, and October 15 for area realtors, home builders and lending officers.
Ready to compete with other regions on a national scale, ECIRP announced last month the launch of its new website, Forge Your Path– the first major step in establishing east central Indiana as a destination where people want to live, work, and play. The project began as a 10-county collaborative lifestyle marketing effort led by Mindy Kenworthy, President/CEO of East Central Indiana Regional Partnership. Kenworthy and a team of stakeholders within the region established the Forge Your Path brand to highlight the many positive aspects of living in East Central Indiana, like affordability, accessibility to various entrepreneurial opportunities, and the uniqueness of the region’s many historic districts, small cities and towns.
Member counties include Blackford, Delaware, Fayette, Grant, Henry, Jay, Madison, Randolph, Rush and Wayne Counties.
The webinars will be directed to HR Professionals, real estate brokers, mortgage lenders, tourism/hospitality, and elected officials. The webinars will provide an overview of the development of the strategy and focus on the tools that are available to individuals involved in promoting the region for talent recruitment, home ownership and tourism.
