Muncie, IN — Meridian Health Services is pleased to announce that Madison County Community Health Center will be joining its organization with an anticipated effective date first quarter of 2019. This collaboration will bring great strengths to each and offer patients access to a broader spectrum of healthcare services that will provide community benefit.
Meridian Health Services is a regional, progressive, not-for-profit healthcare system with a gross annual revenue of $137 million. Meridian specializes in “whole-person” health integrating physical, mental and social well-being programs to nearly 40,000 patients per year. With 43 facilities and offices throughout central Indiana, Meridian offers a wide spectrum of healthcare specialties including primary medical care, pediatrics, inpatient/outpatient psychiatry, obstetrics/gynecology, addictions and recovery, senior health, children and family programming, behavioral health and human services.
Madison County Community Health Center is a not-for-profit community health center located in Anderson, Indiana at 1547 Ohio Avenue with offices also in Elwood and Alexandria. It serves over 6,800 patients per year with more than 10 medical and clinical providers offering a wide range of services including family medicine, internal medicine, dentistry, cardiovascular health, pediatrics, behavioral health and substance abuse services with 50 employees and an annual revenue of $3.1 million.
