McKinney & Malapit Law to move its practice to new office in downtown Muncie
Muncie, IN—McKinney & Malapit Law is moving its office from 114 E. Washington St. to 201 N. High St. on May 30, 2018. The office will resume its practice the following day, May 31, in the new location.
The new space is historically known as the C.W. Swain Building, built in 1896, and will give the firm more visibility in downtown Muncie and also offer more space to take on its growing practice and larger client base.
“This move helps our firm continue to grow while providing our clients with a space that is more accommodating,” partner Thomas Malapit said. “We are moving into a historic building in downtown Muncie and we not only have a responsibility to maintain the building, but we have taken on the responsibility of restoring the building as well. We are more than excited to be able to offer our staff and clients a better space to serve the Muncie community.”
The move comes with two other exciting announcements for the firm. McKinney & Malapit Law promoted senior associate Joshua A. Brown to partner May 1, and added attorney Ryan L. Groves to the team May 7 as a partner.
