Muncie, IN— Ontario Systems, a leading software provider to the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), accounts receivable management (ARM) and government (GOV) markets, has elected Jason Harrington as President, succeeding Co-Founder Ron Fauquher who will continue to serve in his capacity as CEO. The shift reflects a natural evolution for the company, which has gained dozens of new customers over the past year through a corporate merger with Columbia Ultimate Business Systems, expansion in its products and services for healthcare providers and their business offices, and a need for enhanced productivity in the federal government.

“In the life of every company, one of the roles of the leadership team is to prepare for the future and implement formal succession plans for key roles in the organization,” says Ontario Systems Co-Founder and CEO Ron Fauquher. “Jason brings to his new position 22 years’ experience in sales, marketing, technical support, software operations, contact management, and finance in a variety of positions in and outside of Ontario Systems. We are delighted that he will take on new responsibility leading all of our sales, marketing and operational activities as our company continues to grow and thrive.”

Harrington formerly filled the role of Ontario Systems Senior Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer, following time spent as a customer advocate in sales, product development and customer service positions. Over the course of his career, he has been responsible for leading teams who have helped make Ontario Systems a recognized receivables authority in technology, innovation, compliance and operations.

“Jason is trusted by our customers, his team, our communities, and the company as a whole,” says Casey Stanley, Vice President of Product Management & Marketing. “He has been a role model for our associates, and a visionary for the industries we serve. Jason’s beliefs and values have been deeply influenced by our co-founders, Wil Davis and Ron Fauquher, and we are certainly excited to see how his personal leadership will influence our culture and work.”

Ontario Systems’ operations and marketing leaders – Steve Scibetta, David Pilkington, Mike Meyer, Jay Moorman, and Casey Stanley – will report to Harrington as President, while he continues to report to Ron Fauquher as CEO.

“I am honored to continue serving the company that has been my home for more than two decades,” Harrington says. “These are exciting times for our customers as new opportunities, market forces and regulatory shifts challenge the ways they do business. As we move forward together, I hope to provide Ontario Systems clients and partners with the service, solutions, guidance and innovation they have come to expect from our organization over our 35-plus year history.”
