Thrive Credit Union to Host Community Kids Day on June 3rd

Muncie, Ind. – Bring the kids and celebrate Thrive’s 1st anniversary of their Morrison Branch. Thrive Community Kids Day will take place Saturday, June 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Enjoy ice cream, outdoor activities and live remote music with WLBC. Delaware County community members are invited to the free event that will take place outside the Morrison branch, 3360 N Morrison Rd. in Muncie.

The event will feature bounce houses, face painting, sand art with the Muncie Children’s Museum, and a kids bubble zone. The first 250 people will receive free ice cream from the Barking Cow. Even SpongeBob and a Minion plan to attend and celebrate with community public service groups, which include the Muncie Fire Department, Delaware County Sherriff’s Department and Delaware County Emergency Medical Services.

Thrive will also be collecting donations for the Animal Rescue Fund(ARF) at the event. If you bring a donated item for a local animal in need, you will be entered to win a $200 gift card from Toys Forever Models and Hobby. For a list of items to donate, please visit Thrivecu.org.
