Muncie, IN – Thrive Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Brittani Richards to the position of Vice President of Marketing & Branch Operations. The announcement was made by Brett Rinker, President/CEO of Thrive.
“In the last 5 years Brittani has done an incredible job of transforming our marketing efforts and rebranding the credit union to more effectively reach our members and potential members. With this success it was only natural to give her the responsibility of staffing and shaping our branch operations”, said Mr. Rinker.
Richards joins Thrive’s executive team, ensuring that marketing initiatives are in line with the credit union’s strategic vision, goals and branch operations. As Vice President of Marketing & Branch Operations, Richards will oversee all marketing operations, human resources operations and member service operations while guiding the mission and vision of Thrive.
Richards has served as the Director of Marketing of Thrive Credit Union for the past 5 years. She graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising in 2008 and will receive her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan in August 2017. Brittani is also a graduate of CUNA Marketing -Management School, Academy for Community Leadership and is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor.
Richards is currently on the board of directors for the White River Valley Credit Union Chapter. She is an active volunteer in the community with a passion for helping those currently fighting and surviving their battles with cancer.
