Muncie, IN—Alliance for Strategic Growth, Inc. (ASG, Inc.), a leader in workforce development innovation, announced its Employer Engagement and Corporate Services Team today.
Denny Cochran is appointed to Manager of Employer Engagement. Cochran will manage ASG, Inc. employer engagement initiatives that align real-time employer-demand data with existing and new customer services and programs to expeditiously meet high-wage workforce demand. Cochran previously served in executive leadership roles in both the public and private sectors.
Tod Howard is appointed to Manager of Employer Engagement. Howard will manage ASG, Inc. employer engagement initiatives that align real-time employer-demand data with existing and new customer services and programs to expeditiously meet high-wage workforce demand. Howard previously served as the ASG, Inc. WorkOne Manager in Blackford, Jay and Randolph Counties for ASG, Inc. Howard holds an undergraduate degree from Ball State University.
CJ Hutchison is promoted to Manager of Corporate Services. Hutchison will manage ASG, Inc. employer engagement initiatives that align real-time employer-demand data with existing and new customer services and programs to expeditiously meet high-wage workforce demand. Hutchison previously served as a Business Services Representative at ASG, Inc., and has worked in management with 2 large retail firms. Hutchison has also served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army Military Police.
Jocelyn Wiegand is appointed to Manager of Employer Engagement. Wiegand will manage ASG, Inc. employer engagement initiatives that align real-time employer-demand data with existing and new customer services and programs to expeditiously meet high-wage workforce demand. Wiegand previously served as Local Veterans Employment Representative and Re-employment Services Coordinator with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. Wiegand is a member of the Indiana National Guard, where she holds the rank of Sergeant.
