According to Mark Slusher, an American Red Cross volunteer, this little girl is named Pheonix. She recently lost her father and her home and the gifts for her birthday party were lost in the tornado. The Red Cross workers donated money to buy cake and gifts to have a birthday party for her at the shelter that she and her mother stayed in. Photo by: Mark Slusher
