Muncie’s own award-winning Magic City Music Men will be presenting a Community Sing and Ice Cream Social on Saturday July 23 at First Presbyterian Church, 1400 West Riverside in Muncie.
The Community Sing, which is a mixed voices event, will begin at 10:00 am for the learning workshop. The two musical pieces will then be presented at the Ice Cream Social at 2:30 pm.
The afternoon program will feature the Community Chorus, Magic City Music Men, and guest quartet Put A Ring On It, a new and wonderful women’s quartet. Included in the Music Men’s portion will be the first public performance of a commissioned exclusive arrangement as well as a very familiar piece that was composed in Muncie.
