The Ball State Sport Administration Graduate Program is striving to foster a relationship with the Ross Community Center in Muncie that will ultimately benefit Ball State students and the Muncie community through an entertaining 3v3 Basketball Tournament.
MUNCIE, IN – April 24, 2016 – The Sport Facilities and Event Administration class within the Ball State University Sport Administration Graduate program is collaborating with the Ross Community Center to organize a 3v3 basketball tournament that will positively impact both the program and the community. The basketball tournament will be held on Sunday, April 24, 2016 in the Ball State University Field Sports Building beginning at 1:00 p.m.
Registration fees are $40 per team with a maximum of four players per team (participants must be 18+). During the tournament there will be exciting contests and giveaways, and the winners of the 3v3 tournament will receive a championship prize. A series of educational activities for youth participants will take place concurrently to the basketball games. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Ross Community Center, which promotes programs, services, and activities for the advancement of education, health, and wellness.
