Join the City of Muncie Animal Shelter, Friday December 11th and Saturday December 12th, from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM. All adoption fees have been reduced to just $1! Adopters will be encouraged to purchase an item off of the shelter’s wish list before adopting. “This is a fantastic opportunity to find permanent and loving homes for the amazing pets in our shelter just in time for the holiday season,” said Phil Peckinpaugh, Director of the Muncie Animal Shelter, “Placing pets in adoptive homes is our number one priority year round, but placing them in homes for the holidays has special importance. Our goal is to adopt all animals, so no pet has to spend its holiday alone at the shelter.”
