The Youth Opportunity Center, a residential behavioral treatment center for children, located in Muncie, Indiana, will host a Direct Care Hiring Fair on Friday November 20th from 10am to 2pm.
We are looking for individuals to work directly with at-risk youth and/or clients with DD/ID diagnosis in a residential treatment setting. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age; possess a high school diploma or GED; and a valid driver’s license. Experience in childcare or completion of related college courses preferred. We are hiring both full & part-time staff for all shifts with a preference for those with 2nd Shift (2:30p-10:30p) and weekend availability. Starting pay up to $11.25/hr. On-the-spot job offers made!
Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug-screen and background checks performed by: FBI, Local Law Enforcement, Department of Child Services (DCS), Child Protective Services (CPS), BMV, and the National Sex Offender registry.
