Muncie, IN—WLBC, WERK, and MAX of Woof Boom Radio in Muncie, IN are seeking a full time News Director.
This is not an entry level job – either experience in the news profession, post-secondary degree in news, or both, is required.
This position requires news-gathering, by attending press conferences and similar events, as well as breaking news situations, copy writing and delivering stories – daily during morning drive on several of our radio stations, as well as our social media platforms as needed.
Computer skills, digital audio, editing, and the understanding of local radio news are a must.
