It’s springtime again, and you know what’s coming—hours and hours of mowing your grass, tending to your landscaping, and mulching your flower beds, over and over again. For some people, those activities are enjoyable. For others, it can be a grind. After our long winter and “polar vortex” type temperatures, most of us want to get outside and do fun things with our friends and family.

Like spending time on the golf course.
Or firing up the grill and cooking the perfect steak.
Or simply having our friends over to our homes to enjoy a warm evening on the patio, and spend quality time fostering those relationships.

Clean Cut Lawn and Landscape can give you back your most precious commodity: Your time.

For years, Clean Cut Lawn and Landscape has incorporated the slogan, “A Better Lawn, A Better Life!” And that’s exactly what they mean. With Clean Cut, you get a BETTER looking lawn. You also get a better quality of  LIFE.

So, instead of slaving away in the backyard this year, why not let the seasoned professionals at Clean Cut Lawn and Landscape handle that chore? They are local, committed, and as you can see from the photo above, extremely well-equipped to get the job done.

Your flower beds can look this nice, too!

Clean Cut Lawn and Landscape, has built their business on three key principles. First, they are dependable. They strive to always be on time, follow through with their commitments and are there when their customers need them. Secondly, Clean Cut knows landscaping. They’ve done it for thirty-six years. Clean Cut is not a here-today-gone-tomorrow company. They’ve done hundreds of residential projects and they bring their unique expertise to each and every one. If you’ve worked with other landscape companies before, and feel like you need something different, you owe yourself to give Clean Cut a call.

Finally, they listen. Carefully.  That may sound like a no-brainer, but the landscaping industry is filled with people and companies who are more interested in making a sale than meeting a customer’s expectations. They listen patiently, courteously, and attentively to ensure they fully understand a customer’s desires before they create a customized plan.

During the months of April, May and June, Clean Cut is scheduling pruning, mulch, and annual maintenance and lawn service for residential customers.

“We are booking for annual customers right now, so if you are interested, please give us a call so we can come out and provide you with an estimate. Also, if you are interested in hardscapes like new patios, it is important to get on our books now. We are currently scheduling new hardscape projects for summer and fall.”—Troy Harshman

Spring Tips from Clean Cut Lawn and Landscape

—Apply pre-emergent crabgrass control to your lawn in March or early April to prevent crabgrass in the summer.
—Apply Preen to your beds in March or early April to help prevent weed growth.
—Clean out your mower deck and spray under the deck with “Pam.” This will keep grass from sticking underneath the deck of your mower.
—In early Spring, clean up the lawn, sharpen the mower blades and cut the lawn a little shorter for the first cut of the season.
—Mowing too short stresses out the grass. Raise your mower height to 3 inches and cut it every 4-5 days in the Spring.
—Taller grass promotes better root development. Taller grass also shades the ground which keeps in moisture.
—Many of our clients want a place where they can entertain, relax, and enjoy the company of their friends and family in an awesome outdoor setting. Clean Cut can design an outdoor setting you and your guests will truly love.
