Muncie, IN—It’s time for a new adventure! Today, Minnetrista rolled out its new Museums for All membership to the Muncie community.
“We are excited to offer this new membership opportunity,” said Rebecca Gilliam, Vice President, Visitor Experience. “Minnetrista is a great place for families to spend time together, explore outside, play in the Backyard Garden, and check out the newest exhibition.”
Museums for All is a cooperative initiative between the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) and the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) that began back in 2014. It aims to help broaden museum visitors and also reach out to underserved communities by encouraging families of all backgrounds to regularly visit museums and develop lifelong museum habits.
“This membership reduces the cost for membership to better support the many families in our community,” said Gilliam.
Families that meet the requirements listed can purchase a Minnetrista Basic Membership for just a $5 annual fee.
