Technology and services provider to the healthcare and ARM industries will accept award May 5th in Indianapolis.

Muncie, IN – Ontario Systems, a leading technology and services provider to the healthcare and accounts receivable management industries, announced it has been named to the 11th annual list of the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, its second placement on that list in as many years. The company continues to credit its staff and You-Powered Talent Credo for the honor.

“Service and Community are two of the five values on which we center our culture,” says Jill Lehman, Chief People Officer with Ontario Systems. “Service is all about making a difference in the lives of others. Community is about giving our time, talent and resources to make our hometowns better places to live, work and play. It’s more than cool events and unique offerings: our people are what make our culture, and they are extraordinary. This Best Places to Work honor really recognizes and celebrates them.”

Ontario Systems has been named a Best Place to Work in Indiana in the large company category, reflecting its current head count of more than 300 associates working together to help safeguard the US credit industry, and drive economic opportunity and prosperity throughout the country. Eligible companies in the category included those representing 250-999 US employees, while small companies, medium companies, and major companies represented 15-74, 75-249, and 1,000+ employees, respectively. Out-of-state parent companies were eligible to participate if at least 15 of their full-time employees are in Indiana.

“The culture Ontario Systems encourages inspires me to think like a leader, and to help foster change while I cultivate a personal development plan for this stage of my career,” says Ashley Poortenga, Artiva Healthcare Consultant with Ontario Systems. “It is quite rare to find a company willing to invest so much time in that kind of relationship with its employees.”

“The encouragement to think creatively, and the ability to act independently makes it easy here to be more productive, successful, and impactful than you could be with a lot of other employers,” adds Nick Woods, Ontario Systems Senior Copywriter. “The people I work with and the culture they’ve created here are above and beyond the norm.”

Details concerning the unique culture reflected by Ontario Systems associates are available at http://careers.ontariosystems.com, along with open positions in several different functional areas. Employees at the company look forward to furthering values related to stewardship, integrity, service, innovation, and community.

“Our people are our most important asset – And culture matters, so we work to nurture and protect it,” concludes Casey Stanley, Ontario Systems Vice President, Product Management & Marketing. “We know if we provide an environment for our colleagues to do the right thing for each other and our customers, everything else will take care of itself — the organization will be successful. The Best Places to Work recognition is an important reflection of the people I am lucky to call my teammates. We are honored to stand alongside other companies who believe the same, as one of the premiere employers in Indiana.”
